walked into the gas station with a friend with a tattoo on her shoulder/arm
guy behind the counter takes one look at it and says “ah, squirrel rising. why did you get that tattoo?”
friend with tattoo begins to freak out a little.
clerk responds with “just kidding ”
i still get a chuckle out of the whole thing.

If i wasn’t so flat broke all the time these days and could justify the expense, i’d love to get the pillar gauges set up the the Truck. [it's a big truck that's why it gets capitalized ]

I commend you on your self-medication. Too many people self-medicate with drugs and/or alcohol. My regime since I’ve been in the Army is very similar to yours: During deployments I consistently walk an enormous amount. I do not go to the gym at all and I eat fish almost everyday plus tons of veggies. I also take a good multivitamin plus alot of VIT D/Calcium. So now, due to the Army, I am in the best shape I’ve been in for the past ten years.

I hope you can take pride in your accomplishments and give yourself credit for all the positive things you are doing for yourself.

I take a lot of that stuff…. But on top of my B complex, I take extra B3 (niacin, non-flush). It helps a lot. Although, I’m out and need to restock…..so the past 2 weeks have been hell. Today’s my biggest crash, I think.

nice concept for a hack, looking at the final product, I think you’re going to need bigger copper in the long run. Frankly, you can never go wrong by going bigger on the copper.
